This is an Adjunct Lecturer / Associate Trainer position in the School of InfoComm Technology. You will be assigned to teach PET/CET classes in the area that you are a subject matter expert in.

Responsibilities: - Create teaching and assessment materials, conduct lessons and facilitate learning for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) students. - Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum. This includes regular review of existing curriculum and make recommendations on areas of improvements that would enhance students’ learning, performance and employability. -Keep abreast of current trends and developments of technologies and emerging trends. -Handle administrative work relating to teaching. You will have the opportunity to develop the curriculum, introduce new courses and participate in consulting and other applied research projects. Administrative tasks related to education and school / institutional and strategic initiatives are also an important part of the responsibilities.

The school is looking for part-time lecturer to teach modules in one or more of these domains: cybersecurity, data science, immersive media and IT. As the work of a lecturer is demanding and meaningful, the incumbent must have the knowledge, work experience and passion about working with young people, nurturing them and shaping their personality. Basic Requirements: - At least 3 years of relevant working experience in related domain - Passionate about education and possess strong interest in teaching and mentoring both youths and adult learners Preferred Qualifications: - Practical work experience in implementing solutions in related domain. - Relevant professional certifications will have added advantage, e.g. AWS, SCRUM. - Experience in designing curriculum, developing materials and delivering classes
