You drive strategic budget planning for Air Engineering and Logistics Department (AELD) and support the Head Air Engineering and Logistics' financial responsibilities while leading a team.

- Plan and secure operations budget requirements - Support current readiness and long term build up plans for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) maintenance and supplies operations, plans with sustainable ops cost growth - Oversee departmental resource budget allocation - Coordinate with external financial agencies for finance policies and governance matters and provides support to all financial studies, policy reviews Challenge(s) - Managing limited financial resources while meeting operational requirements - Understanding the RSAF operations to effectively prioritise platform and system needs - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of finance, procurement, and logistics policies
