The Services Division (SVC) administers Government services and schemes that enable and encourage family formation. The Baby Bonus Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme, which is a key initiative to support Marriage and Parenthood.
We are looking for individuals who are keen to contribute to MSF's mission of fostering strong and happy families to join our team.
This will be an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in (a) scheme administration involving operations and ops policies; and (b) planning and executing service delivery projects.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• You will work on a range of operational policy work involving people, systems, and processes.
• You will be involved in:
o Ops policy and/or service journey reviews which include providing input to policy review of new schemes and/or scheme enhancements, developing Ops policy guidelines and SOPs to improve work processes.
o Supporting service delivery projects, including digital transformation efforts.
• You may be required to review and analyse data to support cross functional projects
What we are looking for
• Good written and communication skills with at least 2-3 years of working experience
• Good inter-personal skills working with teams and partners across public and private sector
• Self-driven, independent and meticulous
• Open to learning and trying new skills and areas of work
• Relevant work experience in Ops policy, service delivery related work, change management work is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
