You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations in collaboration with different stakeholders. You will also be supporting the compensation team in managing the compensation framework.
Specifically, the roles would include but not limited to:
HR Operations Support:
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations including data entry, filing and maintaining HR records.
- Prepare and process HR related documents such as contracts and letters.
- Support recruitment-related activities such as coordinating interviews, managing contract renewals and re-employment renewals.
- Ensure all HR processes and policies are followed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure they are updated in the HR system.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational issues and concerns.
- Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and services.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits and resolve any issues promptly.
Compensation Management:
- Support the development and implementation of the compensation framework and strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.
- Assist in preparing data in the salary review process, including gathering and analysing data for timely compensation reviews.
- Preparing compensation recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and special adjustments.
- Ensure that all compensation adjustments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations would be preferred.
- Experience in Compensation Management is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
