We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive (Organisational Development & Transformation unit) for a year, with a view to extend the contract if headcount permits.
In this role, you will play a supporting role to optimise organisational health and enable MTI to become more effective over time through enhancing the work, nurturing a high performing workforce and building a great workplace. Our practice facilitates intentional change efforts based on informed diagnosis; addresses issues with the whole system in view; and designs interventions with people in mind, taking human behaviours and motivations into consideration.

What the role is
What you will be working on
The jobholder will assist the OD&T practitioners in the various areas of organisational, division, team and individual level interventions. Specific job responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage staff engagement processes including scheduling of events, updating briefing sheets, disseminating information to all parties involved
• Support in event management and hosting of officer engagements
• To develop content in the form of videos, posts, internal emails and other relevant channels
• Track feedback and manage other monitoring functions
• Maintain internal databases and tracking lists, as well as assisting dashboard development of OD&T through data cleaning, validation and testing of the system
• Support in presentation deck formatting
• Research work to uncover insights and other information needed to develop interventions
• Brainstorm and develop OD solutions along with OD project leads
• Source successful transformation case examples and good approaches of other organisations, including public sector agencies and private sector companies
• Liaise with external vendors and management procurement processes
• Track budget and other administrative paperwork to ensure fulfilment of efforts
• Other support responsibilities:
- Manage meeting schedules and room bookings
- Assist with meeting set-up and material preparation
- Support team stationery inventory and orders
What we are looking for
• An interest and healthy curiosity in business administration, organisational development/ design, behavioural science, the social sciences innovation and entrepreneurship, or related fields will be ideal and advantageous.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a support role. Prior experience in public agencies or similar functions will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys collaborating with colleagues from diverse disciplines/backgrounds, the ability to work well with people across all levels and is team oriented.
• Tech savvy and/or willing to adapt to technology quickly
• Resilient, resourceful, meticulous, organized and independent
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
