The incumbent's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage Accounts Receivables (AR) operations, encompassing customer billing, receipting and debts management - Oversee Bank reconciliations process - Monitor and analyse customer account balances, implementing timely follow-up procedures for outstanding balances - Perform accounts reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy - Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit-related matters - Liaise with outsourcing agent on any issue relating to outsourced AR functions - Prepare and submit quarterly GST Returns - Prepare reports, statistics and returns to management, government agencies, ministry etc - Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries - Undertake additional responsibilities as directed

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related discipline - 2-5 years relevant working experience preferred - Strong in systems/applications as well as Ms Office.
