What the role is

Strategy & Transformation Office: Develop transformation strategy and roadmap, monitor progress of key projects, and ensure alignment of College’s resources, including strategy, data, and business model.

What you will be working on

1. Assist in change management for refreshed Enterprise Risk Framework to staff, including communicating revised risk areas and designing learning module for staff 2. Partner ICT to revamp, and assist in change management matters for organisation intranet (ATLAS), e.g. user journey design, UI/ UX matters, focus group discussions, house-keeping and policy matters 3. Assist in department-related matters, including communications, logistical and administrative needs

What we are looking for

1. Junior College Student or Undergraduate in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Psychology or related fields that demonstrate understanding of organisational behaviour and digital transformation for meaningful user experience 2. Interest in employee engagement, internal communications and designing meaningful user experience. 3. Team player, strong communication skills with stakeholders and ability to work independently 4. Detail-oriented and organised, with good time management skills 5. Good writing skills with ability to translate processes into clear, user-friendly documentation 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Design tools (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc) 7. Proficient in AI Tools is a plus
