Roles & Responsibilities: • To assist in managing SportSG Frailty Prevention Programme – Active Health programmes (Combat Age-related Loss of Muscle 1.0, Aqua Fun Fit & Square Stepping) • Manage the overall design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of Active Health programmes and other initiatives to impact the lives of seniors with Clinical Frailty Score (CFS) of 1 – 3. • Establish and maintain strong relationship, including coordination and payment, with new/existing stakeholders (e.g. Active Ageing Centre staff, ActiveSG Sport Centre staff, instructors) in the relevant sectors to increase the depth and breadth of outreach. • Develop and report indicators and measures to provide evidence on the effectiveness of programmes / initiatives. • To assist in managing the procurement for Active Health programmes (Combat Age-related Loss of Muscle 1.0, Aqua Fun Fit & Square Stepping) • Manage the programme’s procurement against the approved budget allocated and timeline set. • Assist in evaluating suppliers/vendors, goods, and services, and ensuring that purchases are conducted as per the government’s procurement guideline. • Manage the supplier/vendor relationship, including coordination with vendors and payment, and performance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance and Procurement to ensure availability of fund and prudence of procurement.

In addition, you should possess the following: • Adaptable, Self-motivated, takes initiative, willingness to learn • Effective communicator (both written and verbal) and a team player • Good organisational, management and administrative skills • Communicator - able to effectively communicate and influence diverse range of stakeholders to further the narrative of the programmes.
