What the role is
As an International Accounts officer, you will be part of a team responsible for producing key economic indicators and data insights pertaining to Singapore’s economic transactions with other countries.
What you will be working on
1. You will support the compilation and analysis of Singapore’s Balance of Payments and cross-border investment statistics.
2. You will assist with survey operations, including respondent management, data checking and verification of survey returns.
3. You will also be involved in data dissemination and visualisation as well as provide data support to the team.
What we are looking for
• Possess an interest in working with data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of programming language(s) e.g. Python or R preferred
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Able to work well both independently and as a member of a team
