What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in management and maintenance matters – maintenance, inspections and taking over of new HDB commercial properties, processing of renovation applications, carry out upgrading of commercial premises and incident reporting. You will supervise the managing agents and work with ground stakeholders, including residents and town council reps on technical matters, including procurement for related estate matters.
What we are looking for
You should have a good background in M&E Engineering, Building Management, Building and Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building and Property Management or Building Services Engineering. Prior working experience with managing of escalators/ lifts/ air-conditioning repair/replacement work will be an advantage. You should be meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery.
