What the role is

As the Manager/ Senior Manager, Information Management in the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Division, you will lead data management initiatives, drive technological adoption, and improve processes to support the division's strategic and operational objectives. You will also be required to engage various stakeholders such as policy owners and operational units to understand their requirements and translate them into system requirements.

What you will be working on

• Lead data analytics initiatives by developing visualisations that drive strategic decision-making and communicate key performance metrics across the organisation • Manage SEN data systems and handle information requests, ensuring compliance with data protection protocols whilst supporting service delivery teams with their data requirements • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate these into system requirements, developing and executing comprehensive transition plans • Design and implement technology strategies to streamline operations, enhance workplace efficiency and improve digital processes • Oversee the deployment of digital tools and systems, promoting data literacy and driving technological advancement across the organisation This is an individual contributor role. What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of data management processes across the entire data lifecycle (including creation, collection, transformation, storage, visualisation and analysis) • Comfortable working with data, and enthusiastic about learning and adopting new digital tools and technology • Basic working knowledge in tools such as Python, R, Uipath or Tableau is an added advantage. Applicants with experience in business analysis and project management are welcomed too • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Strong collaborative skills, particularly when engaging with diverse stakeholders who have varying interests and perspectives • Meticulous attention to detail balanced with a good sense of perspective In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
