Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash collection, reconciliation, and accurate timely recording of receipts in the financial system.
- Oversee the matching of accounts receivable and bank reconciliation, and preparation of audit schedules.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O' level passes or its equivalent with bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Those with experience using Workday Finance System and handling cash will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions independently.
- Good interpersonal skills, diligence, and a knack for numbers are essential qualities.
