What the role is
What you will be working on
Job Responsibilities:
1) Drive and implement key department initiatives and projects, including digitalisation, IT system upgrades, building upgrading projects, automation and chatbot, etc;
2) Provide advisory and strong support to departments and teams in the capability development and implementation of organisation management projects;
3) Manage the assigned corporate support functions and work areas , review of SOPs, reengineer to automate processes, benchmark against best corporate practices etc.;
4) Work with IT team and departments on implementing key Organisation Management system features to support ICT needs, integrating the system lifecycle in the systems upgrading and renewal;
5) Plan, manage and coordinate various corporate support operations so as to ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently;
6) Review, develop and implement improvements for work processes and systems related to corporate support.
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in corporate administration
• Some experience in IT project and building management, including gathering user requirements and space planning
• Possess strong sense of urgency to complete any assigned works
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is also capable of working independently
• Adaptable, able to multitask, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
