What the role is

We are looking for committed team players to co-develop the next generation of ICT systems that improve how millions of taxpayers connect and interact with us.
What you will be working on
You will be assigned to both projects:
1) Streamlining and Automating the Data Sharing Process
o Analyse and understand the current data sharing workflow to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
o Design and develop automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, including data extraction solutions to capture information from documents and route approvals to designated stakeholders
o Develop Power BI dashboards to provide clear, insightful visualisations for management, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
2) Developing a Bot for Data-Related Queries
o Build and deploy a Bot with an intuitive user interaction flow that enables users to easily navigate and access relevant information.
o Ensure that generated responses are relevant and useful for users' self-help needs.
What we are looking for
o A self-motivated and adaptable team player with resilience and strong interpersonal communication skills.
o Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Power Query and Power Automate, as well as data visualisation tools like Power BI.
o Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities in identifying and suggesting process automation solutions.
o Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
o Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Python will be useful.
The internship will be for a period of about 16 weeks from Oct/Nov’25 to Feb/Mar’26.
