What the role is
What you will be working on
• Process Work Pass and related applications and appeals
• Process industrial classification requests for marine shipyard sector
• Handle Work Pass enquiries escalated from various MOM communication channels
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
• Support the team in administrative duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
What we are looking for
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience
• Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) skills
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Be able to multi-task, work independently, proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
