The job holder is responsible for implementing Work Pass policies for business employers in the Marine Shipyard sector, including processing Work Pass and related applications and appeals, handling enquiries and performing user acceptance test for system changes.

• Process Work Pass and related applications and appeals • Process industrial classification requests for marine shipyard sector • Handle Work Pass enquiries escalated from various MOM communication channels • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements • Support the team in administrative duties • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors

• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience • Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) skills • Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset • Be able to multi-task, work independently, proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
