What the role is

You will be part of the response team at ground, dealing with any marine incidents in the Port of Singapore.

What you will be working on

As a Port Inspector, you will carry out enforcement duties at sea independently. You will be rostered for shift duties at different bases so as to ensure vessels and craft in the Singapore waters comply with international as well as local rules and regulations, thereby safeguarding life, property and marine environment.

What we are looking for

Candidates with good knowledge of local port waters and the shipping/marine industry and/or working experience as an enforcement officer will have an advantage. You should also be able to communicate effectively. This is a rotating shift position.
