You will be responsible for building, growing, and managing HTX’s digital communities across various social media platforms. You will engage with audiences to showcase HTX’s AI-driven innovations and initiatives, foster meaningful interactions, and enhance the agency’s digital presence. A key part of your role involves using AI tools for content creation, working with HTX staff to become digital ambassadors, and running test-and-learn paid media campaigns to optimise engagement and outreach.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow HTX’s digital presence, increase engagement, and build brand affinity. • Manage and engage with online communities, fostering meaningful interactions and driving conversations around HTX’s AI initiatives, AI MVPs, and AI staff. • Identify and collaborate with HTX staff to serve as digital ambassadors, as well as engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the tech and AI space. • Use AI tools to create and showcase compelling content that highlights HTX’s AI advancements. • Cover HTX leadership’s participation in AI conferences and industry events as a roving reporter, providing real-time updates on speaking engagements and panel discussions. • Plan, execute, and evaluate paid media campaigns, leveraging test-and-learn approaches to refine strategies and maximize reach. • Support organic content strategies and production, including writing, multimedia storytelling, and social media content creation. • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to continuously refine digital strategies and improve engagement. • Uphold HTX’s brand image and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

• Tertiary qualifications from a recognised institution in digital marketing, communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, engaging online communities, and running digital campaigns. • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with online audiences. • Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns with a test-and-learn approach. • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and digital marketing. • Good understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking. • Experience in content production for e.g., video, graphics, photography. • A passion for connecting with online communities and fostering brand engagement • Digitally savvy, with a deep interest in social media trends and emerging technologies. • Proactive and creative, with a strong ability to generate engaging content ideas. • Analytical and data-driven, with a mindset for testing and optimizing strategies. • Fun-loving, positive learning attitude and enthusiasm for using technology to improve processes and outcomes. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
