You will drive the end-to-end production of engaging audio and video content that showcases HTX’s thought leadership and initiatives, including topics on Generative AI (GAI). This role involves scripting, interviewing, recording, editing, and publishing podcasts and vodcasts with rapid turnaround to ensure compelling storytelling across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the web. You will also produce newsletters to reach new and existing audience, and to showcase HTX’s work. You will leverage GAI tools to create content, enhance production workflows and repurpose content effectively.

• Podcast & vodcast production: Independently script, record, edit, and produce engaging AI-focused podcasts and vodcasts featuring HTX leadership and subject matter experts. • AI-driven content: Utilise AI tools (e.g., Whisper, NotebookLM, GAI transcription & summarisation) to transform podcast and vodcast content into web articles, social media stories, and newsletters, and vice versa. • Hosting & interviewing: Conduct insightful audio and video interviews with HTX leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring engaging and informative discussions on AI thought leadership. • AI-enhanced storytelling: Leverage AI tools (e.g., cloned AI voices) to showcase HTX’s AI initiatives in innovative ways. • Speech & panel discussion support: Assist in scripting and refining talking points for HTX AI leadership’s speaking engagements and panel discussions. • Content distribution: Publish podcasts, vodcasts, and social media-centric videos with rapid turnaround to drive engagement and visibility across multiple digital platforms. • Uphold HTX’s brand image and ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

• Tertiary qualifications from a recognised institution in digital marketing, communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in podcast and vodcast production, including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing. • Strong interviewing and hosting skills with the ability to conduct engaging audio conversations. • Experience with email newsletter production, distribution and best practices. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, transcription, and summarisation. • Ability to adapt long-form audio/visual content into compelling, digestible formats for newsletters, web and social media. • Experience with audio and video editing software, production workflows and newsletters tools. • Creative and articulate, with a passion for storytelling through audio and video, and newsletters. • Comfortable hosting and moderating discussions with senior leadership and industry experts. • Digitally savvy, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies. • Proactive and independent, with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines. • Adaptable and resourceful, able to experiment with new AI-driven storytelling techniques. • Fun-loving, positive learning attitude and enthusiasm for using technology to improve processes and outcomes. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
