What the role is

The Transformation & Organisation Development (T&OD) team works on change management, internal communications, employee engagement, innovation, transformation and corporate social responsibility. In this role, your portfolio will focus on employee engagement and corporate social responsibility, but you may be involved in supporting some of these other areas across the team. The jobholder is required to work with various internal stakeholders in transforming the way we work and engage staff, as well as external stakeholders, Public Service Division (PSD) and Ministry of Sustainability and Environment (MSE) to coordinate PUB’s transformation efforts.

What you will be working on

As the Manager for Transformation & Organisation Development, your main roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Employee Engagement i) Work with PSD to develop and implement the Public Sector Employee Engagement Survey in PUB. ii) Analyse the results and recommend suitable OD-interventions to improve staff engagement levels within the departments and across the organisation. iii) Design and facilitate OD-interventions (e.g. focus groups, workshops, surveys) across teams for the purpose of improving team and organisation performance iv) Organise various communication events/forums for different levels of staff (e.g. townhalls, dialogues, leadership advances, surveys) Corporate Social Responsibility v) Develop and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives in collaboration with identified partners vi) Develop and manage publicity and outreach on corporate social responsibility programmes to recruit staff volunteers Others vii) Provide secretariat support for transformation and/or other working committees viii) Design multi-modal internal communication materials (e.g. EDMs, staff videos, staff bulletin, e-banners) to engage staff on PUB’s transformation journey ix) Play a change partner role in supporting transformation efforts through provision of tools, templates, framework and metrics to drive consistency of change management across programmes

What we are looking for

• Degree in the Social Sciences (preferably in the areas of Social Psychology, Organisation Psychology or Sociology) or Business. • At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Organisation Development, transformation, innovation, change management, or internal communications related roles. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including the ability and experience in engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders. • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to distil insights from ambiguous / complex issues for the formulation of actionable solutions • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment • Additional experience and skills in graphic designing and video editing (via suite of Adobe related software), web-savvy and familiar with new media would be advantageous
