[2025 Summer Internship] Risk Management Learning and Development Intern

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, responsible for managing the risk in the organisation. The team plays a vital role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks that could impact the organisation's operations and our members' interests. For this project, the team works closely with the Human Resource Department, Learning & Development team, and various operational departments to develop comprehensive fraud awareness e-learning content. This collaboration aims to strengthen CPFB's fraud risk management culture through effective training, ensuring staff across all levels are equipped with the knowledge to detect and prevent fraudulent activities while serving our members effectively.
In this role, you will:
-Enhance research and analytical skillset
-Learn to use content development tools
-Learn to work within a project management framework, including settling timelines, coordinating tasks and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines
-Experience the process of managing organizational change, including user training, communication strategies
-Learn to work in a multidisciplinary team including Risk Management, HR and Learning & Development teams
What we are looking for

-Strong research and analytical mindset with ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality

-Good project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to transform technical concepts into simple, engaging content
-Experience with digital content creation tools would be advantageous
-Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment
