The OneMap Product Manager plays a critical role in:
1. Leading the development and implementation of OneMap's strategic roadmap
2. Managing cross-agency and private partnerships utilising OneMap
3. Overseeing launch of new products and services on OneMap’s platform.

What you will be working on:
- Drive OneMap's product vision, strategy, and roadmap development
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on OneMap
- Identify and prioritise product opportunities that align with national digital initiatives
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user experience
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders
- Lead engagement with private sector partners
- Facilitate cross-agency collaboration to drive OneMap adoption and integration
- Present and communicate product strategy to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and launch of new OneMap features and APIs
- Define product specifications and requirements for engineering teams
- Ensure product quality and performance meets government security and reliability standards
- Analyse user feedback and usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and track key performance metrics for product success
- Ensure consistent and high-quality user experience across all OneMap platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in public sector or technology-driven initiatives.
