What the role is
What you will be working on
- Manage student financial systems and processes on fees charging, billings, collections, and refunds
- Collaborate and partner with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to develop related student financial system
- Stakeholder Management – Manage internal and external request and queries (including auditors) on AR processes
- Perform data analytics to provide insights for processes and policies review
- Review streamline and improve finance policies and processes
- Ad-hoc projects may be assigned from time to time
What we are looking for
- Credential in Accountancy or IT with accounting knowledge
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in account receivable function.
- Experience in accounting system implementation will be preferred
- Meticulous, resilient, adaptable and ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent Organisation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and achieve organisational goals
- Good verbal and written communication skills
