What the role is
What you will be working on
Role and Responsibilities:
Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate regular TA-related meetings, workshops, and briefings
- Collaborate with the Reporting Officer (RO) to prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials
- Handle all event logistics and arrangements
Documentation and Information Management:
- Maintain and update TA FAQs for critical touchpoints and platforms
- Take comprehensive meeting minutes, documenting key decisions and action items
- Ensure prompt distribution of minutes to all participants
Query Management:
- Collect and track queries from briefing and discussion sessions
- Liaise with team members and relevant divisions for query resolution
- Provide timely updates to participants on resolved queries
Reporting and Support Functions:
- Coordinate inputs for progress report
- Assist with procurement processes
- Support roadshow operations
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience and strong competency in administrative and operations management, communications, problem solving and analytics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It will drive and coordinate the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore.
