Estate Executive (Car Parks Policy & Planning)

The successful candidate will be part of the Car Parks Planning team, to ensure that HDB car parks are planned and designed to meet the parking needs of HDB residents, and provide motorists with a pleasant and safe driving experience. You will be working closely with HDB Building Cluster and Design Consultants to review the design of new HDB car parks, and ensure that the design complies with HDB requirements. You will also be involved in process reviews, evaluation of land use and planning consultations, and development proposals. Occasional site work might be required.

You should be meticulous and independent, have pleasant disposition, effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Having relevant experience in reviewing technical design drawings and project management will be an added advantage. Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1-year contract.
