The Enterprise Risk Management team oversees the risk management framework across the PUB to ensure that the organisation is more resilient to deliver our mission. The ideal candidate should be someone who is independent and enjoys working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. The officer should have strong systems and strategic thinking skills and able to carry out deep analysis on strategic issues.

The officer should also be able to communicate reasonably well both verbally and in written form. You should: • Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in engineering, strategic planning, operations, policy drafting or related areas • A degree in engineering is preferred with at least 5 years of relevant working experience • Able to grasp and appreciate technical issues and translate them to easy to understand concepts for communication • Keen interest in global developments and translate them to relevant insights and potential impacts to PUB • Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills • Have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to exercise judgement in uncertain conditions with no precedence • Be self-motivated, resourceful, attentive to details, and have good organisational, planning and coordination skills • Demonstrate ability to work independently and in/across teams effectively • Exposure to working with C-suite level executives is a plus. • Experience in enterprise risk management is not a pre-requisite, but would be advantageous
