[6+6 Temp] Senior Assistant Executive & PA to D (IR)

As part of the International Relations team within PSD’s Strategic Planning and International Relations cluster, you will be supporting the team to process administrative and organisational tasks including but not limited to procurement, event planning and travel arrangements. In addition, you will directly support Director (International Relations) with scheduling and diary management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Meticulous and organised, with good time management skills • Excellent written and spoken communications skills • Thinking clearly and making sound judgement- you develop solutions for problems encountered in the course of carrying out your work tasks, guided by background knowledge and past experiences.
