What you will be working on

The Active Health Coach Admin plays a key role in supporting the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of SportSG Frailty Prevention Programmes, such as Active Health initiatives aimed at helping seniors stay fit, active, and socially engaged. The role involves working closely with the Team Lead and various stakeholders to enhance the health and well-being of seniors in line with Active Health/SportSG's vision of transforming lives through sport. Additionally, the administrative staff will manage operational tasks for a network of Active Health Labs, establishing norms and best practices, contributing to SportSG's efforts to guide Singaporeans on their Active Health journey, both in physical and digital spaces. Role and Responsibilities • To oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of Active Health programs to improve the lives of seniors with a Clinical Frailty Score (CFS) of 1-3. • To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Active Ageing Centre staff, ActiveSG Sport Centre staff, instructors) for enhanced outreach and coordination. • To develop and track performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. • To manage the programme’s procurement against the approved budget allocated and timeline set. • To assist in evaluating suppliers/vendors, goods, and services, and ensuring that purchases are conducted as per the government’s procurement guideline. • To manage the supplier/vendor relationship, including coordination with vendors and payment, and performance. • To collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance and Procurement to ensure availability of fund and prudent of procurement. • To oversee wellness program administration, coordination, and execution, ensuring smooth operations. • To work with internal and external partners on events, campaigns, and medical referrals, providing operational assistance. • To implement training initiatives, manage vendor programs, optimize lab utilization, and support cross-functional operations. • To maintain equipment and inventory, manage resource distribution, and support budget tracking and procurement for Active Health Labs.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Experience in programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation • Good understanding of Singapore’s Sporting ecosystem landscape • Excellent communication skills • Prior experience in healthcare, sports and exercise, as well as management experience and working with vendors, is beneficial • Passionate about sports and promoting active lifestyles. • Skilled communicator, able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is beneficial. • Team-oriented with a supportive and empathetic approach. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year / Fixed Term contract in the first instance.
