What the role is

Assistant Manager (Tenancy & Administration) / EFM

What you will be working on

Manage tenancies, including residential and commercial spaces such as food & beverage and retail. Ensure compliance with lease agreements and address any tenancy-related issues or concerns.
Act as a liaison between tenants, staff, students, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of matters.
Oversee the short-term leasing process for event spaces and facilities, ensuring smooth booking and usage and providing necessary administrative support.
Review and prepare requirement specifications and contractual terms for quotations and tenders related to the procurement of contracts for goods and services. Lead the tender and quotation process, including evaluation and preparation for awards.
Formulate policies, guidelines and/or standard operating procedures for the use of new technologies and operations procedures to ensure operation sustainability.
Administration and management of service contracts.
Support the department’s budgeting process and track the utilization of OPEX and CAPEX.
Any other assignments/projects assigned.

What we are looking for

Qualifications in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a similar role, preferably in a mixed-use property or education environment.
Strong knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations, including short-term leasing and F&B space management.
Experience in preparing tender documents and overseeing contract management.
Experience in Public Sector procurement procedures and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
Knowledge in handling users’ and tenants’ feedback and conflict resolution.
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and a good team player with the ability to multitask.
Experience in leading a team or managing projects will be an advantage.
