What the role is
• Assist supervisor in reviewing policies pertaining to the accreditation and continuing professional education (CPE) framework and guidelines as well as renewal of Practicing Certificate (PC) in the Division.
• Processing of CPE applications, events and claims and manage the accreditation & renewal of Practising Certificates (PC) applications process for healthcare practitioners, in accordance with the business rules.
• Assist supervisor in Qualifications and Curriculum Review
• Review and develop effective mechanisms or work processes to ensure KPIs of the Division are met.
• Perform any other such duties as may be assigned from time to time
What you will be working on

What we are looking for
• Relevant working experience in administration/processing work
• Well-articulated and possess good writing skills
• Previous working experience in healthcare environment may be advantageous but not required
• Good organisational skills with attention to details
• Team player with positive work attitude as well as able to work independently with proactiveness to get work done
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
