Co-led by Sport Singapore and Singapore Sports School (SSP), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition. If this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery of HPS digitalisation initiatives, from conceptualisation to implementation, working closely with diverse stakeholders including sports administration, athletes, coaches, and sports scientists. • Execute end-to-end IT project management using Agile methodologies • Conduct stakeholder requirements gathering and analysis • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation • Design system architecture and integration frameworks • Design knowledge management frameworks • Develop technical and user documentation

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Background in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT project management and application development • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects, workflow solutions and business process automation • Experience in cloud-based technologies and SaaS systems in particular case management systems and SharePoint online • Experience with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban • Familiarity with Government Instruction Manuals, Government Procurement and Private Commercial Cloud/Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) such as AWS will be added advantages • Strong technical skills in programming languages and proficient in tools such as Python, SQL, UiPath, Word Macro, Excel Macro is preferred • Experience and proficient in the use and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies • Strong background in knowledge management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective knowledge management system Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
