Key Responsibilities · Lead end-to-end project delivery, spanning conceptualisation, requirements gathering, implementation, change management, and post-implementation support • Manage multiple vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions • Review and track project plans, timelines, and budgets • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards • Facilitate effective communications between technical teams and business users • Drive project governance and review project documentation • Continuously engage operational and planning stakeholders to plan and execute changes to IT systems, in alignment with PUB’s digital strategy and to ensure compliance to Government policies and standards for proper security controls and risk mitigation.

Preferred Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field • More than 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, specifically requirements gathering, client engagement, and involvement in system implementation and maintenance phase. • Proven track record of successful vendor management and software delivery • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Drive for innovation and continuous improvement • CBAP, PMI-PBA, CITPM, or PMP certification will be an advantage.
