What the role is
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support
• Manage multiple vendors and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate effective and to lead communications between stakeholders, technical teams, and business users
• Drive project governance and maintain project documentation
• Continuously engage operational and planning stakeholders to plan and execute changes to ICT systems, in alignment with PUB digital strategy and to ensure compliance to Government policies and standards for proper security controls and risk mitigation.
What we are looking for
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Systems degree.
• More than 2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in software development and deployment.
• Proven track record of successful vendor management and software delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving
• Candidates with experience building custom Large Language Model (LLM) assistants is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Scrum Product Owner or Agile Certified Practitioner certification will be an advantage.
• CITPM, PRINCE2 or PMP certification will be an advantage.
