What the role is
Office of Finance - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
What you will be working on

Assist to handle the financial aspects of Pre-Employment Training (PET) programs and Accounts Receivables (AR), including billing, collections, processing financial schemes, and handling operational tasks.
Prepare monthly and yearend closing, reconciliations and schedules for PET and AR.
Handle Tuition Grant related matters such as briefing, applications, signing, appeals, and queries.
Handle Withdrawal/Deferment Fee appeals matters.
Main administrator for student loans.
Review existing work processes and recommend improvements.
Handle enquiries related to students’ matters.
Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
Relevant qualification and at least 4-5 years of experience in accounting, business or finance. Public Sector finance experience will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good writing and verbal communication skills.
Effective team player, meticulous, analytical, systematic and resourceful
