Contract - Project Manager, Visual Arts

What the role is

In this dynamic role, you will drive project management initiatives for one of Singapore's premier arts festivals whilst developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns. You will manage stakeholder communications and partnerships, coordinate multi-platform content creation and distribution, and support the delivery of innovative arts programmes and experiences.

What you may be working on

Project Management

  • Responsible for project management and timelines for SAW2026’s projects.

  • Relationship management and clear communication with stakeholders to problem solve and ensure smooth and timely operations of projects.

  • Coordinate with event management vendors and stakeholders for project setups and teardowns.

  • Communicate with stakeholders for marketing and communication purposes.

  • Contract management and procurement.

Marketing and Communications

  • Coordinate with NAC’s creative and PR agencies to develop and execute SAW’s marketing campaign and brand, liaising with partners and stakeholders.

  • Support the planning and coordination of press events and media previews.

  • Assist in the design of user experience on various digital hosting platforms (e.g. Facebook and Instagram), according to the types of digital programmes.

  • Update and maintain SAW website, liaising with IT vendors to develop new features and troubleshoot issues encountered.

  • Oversee the design, production and timely delivery of collaterals for SAW’s marketing and media buy campaign.

What we are looking for

  • Possess good knowledge and understanding of various aspects of the visual arts sector.

  • Experience working with previous arts festivals or visual arts/performing arts related event.

  • Able to coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders in the arts and non-arts industries.

  • Possess good written and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and learn quickly on the job.

  • Experience with general administration, procurement and finance in a government organisation is a plus.
     

Additional Experience Required for Marketing and Communications:

  • Proficient in copy-editing, proofing, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience in content management systems (CMS).

  • Knowledge of and experience in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing tools.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite or equivalent software package is a plus.
