What the role is

The candidate must have a good eye for details and will take on finance, project management and procurement responsibilities.
What you will be working on
Your job responsibilities include:
- Plan and develop after-death facilities/services, and manage consultants and contractors
- Lead feasibility studies and pilot programmes for new initiatives
- Formulate policy and operational strategies to complement after-death facilities/ services
- Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making
- Review and develop relevant policies and regulations related to after-death facilities/ services
- Respond to feedback and enquiries with sensitivity and empathy
- Adapt to changing priorities and taking on additional responsibilities as required
What we are looking for
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ working experience in planning, policy, or policy implementation related roles
- Experience in development / construction project management, policy, or land-use planning and familiar with government procurement practice will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conceptualise solutions
- Strong inclination towards change management and/or transformation projects
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- Self-driven and has a growth mindset
- Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
