The Leadership Innovation Cluster drives innovation in leadership and talent development at the Public Service level, to achieve the following key outcomes:
• Effective and high-performing leaders and leadership teams that deliver with excellence today and innovate to be future-ready
• A Public Service leadership corps with diverse experiences, skillsets, and perspectives
• One Public Service leadership with a common purpose, identity, and values
We incorporate leadership science and data-driven practices in leadership development (LD), from how the identification of emerging leaders to the development of senior public service leaders. We work in close partnership with the Civil Service College (CSC), the HR community, and leaders across the Public Service.

What the role is
What you will be working on
[Key Responsibilities]
The officer will support capability development efforts to enable adoption of data- and science-based Leadership interventions.
The officer is required to:
• liaise with different teams and stakeholders to organise workshop and engagement sessions
• schedule and secure workshop dates and venues
• prepare/ procure materials (e.g., reports, learning aids, refreshments)
• manage sign-ups and attendance
• collate feedback
The officer should have strong time and project management skills. In addition, experience in supporting the delivery of learning and development programmes and graphic design skills (using Canva or Adobe Photoshop) would be advantageous.
