The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families. What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely administrative support to the Community Partnerships (CP) team which include:
• Creating and updating the various databases e.g. community service (CS) agencies and the centralized volunteer database.
• Liaising with community partners for community service opportunities, probationers’ progress and relevant documents.
• Preparing relevant community service documents for probationers and agencies.
• Managing specified documents through online platforms such as form.sg and directing the relevant information to respective Probation Officers and agencies.
• Tracking of probationer’s progress on community service and supporting relevant officers to ensure probationers complete their required number of hours ordered by the Court for community service.
• Updating the casefiles in the online case management system.
2. Providing administrative support in the recruitment of potential agencies and in the planning and execution of special/ group CS projects.
3. Assisting in the planning and execution of engagement and appreciation events for partners and volunteers.
4. Working with the team in engaging volunteers.
5. Reviewing and improving the work processes as part of engagement of volunteers, partners and agencies.

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Competent in managing data using Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to adapt quickly to evolving situations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsive and prompt in addressing various needs of clients and partners in supporting various projects
• Is resourceful and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
