You drive and develop data governance and data analysis for the Training Institute.

- Define data use-case sand data structures to drive the desired outcomes for training data - Analyse training data to provide insights on training - Govern data standards and data-sharing processes - Integrate training analytics with other related work-streams Challenge(s) - Managing high-tempo work environment - Adapting to outfield and overseas training phases

- Education in Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field - At least 6 years of equivalent working experience with proven track record - Strong management skills - Excellent communication abilities - Ability to work for extended periods in outfield You may be required to travel overseas for work.
