You are responsible to manage and administer contracts under the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

- Prepare and present papers to relevant fora to seek endorsement and approval for establishing and renewal of contracts - Work with the various stakeholders to develop the processes to effectively manage the execution of the contract - Maintain an overview of the various outsourcing contracts - Oversee contract governance which includes contractual obligations enforcement - Provide guidance and advice to contract management stakeholders Challenge(s) - Maintaining professional working relationships with contractors - Managing a diverse range of contracts each with unique complexities, requirements and pricing mechanisms - Managing potential ethical issues in contract management

- At least 3 years of experience in Contract Management related areas such as procurement and logistics is preferred - Resourceful, objective and independent personnel - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders - Meticulous to details to manage huge amount of complex data and information (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
