In this role, you will be part of the Transformation & Organisation Development (T&OD) team. One of the team’s functions change management for high-impact enterprise projects. With PUB onboarding a new centralised HR and Finance system called Workday in 2026, you will assist the team to ensure the smooth adoption of Cumulus Workday by staff and superusers.

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: 1) Change Impact Assessment • Document key process changes brought about by transition to new system, and assess impact to staff. • Administering of Change Management surveys. 2) Internal Comms • Creation of contextualised comms materials e.g., emails, EDMs. • Creation of instructional materials e.g. recorded How-To videos. • Disseminate comms materials based on the comms plan. • Maintain community site and self-help resources. 3) Admin Support for Engagement and Training Sessions • Arrange logistics and coordinate briefing sessions and assisting to run engagement sessions and clinic sessions with the other depts. • Work closely and liaise with SgWA (and any appointed trainers) on the coordination of the training sessions.

• Diploma in Social Sciences (preferably in the areas of Social Psychology, Organisation Psychology or Sociology) or Business or related fields. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including the ability and experience in engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders. • Resourceful, meticulous and able to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Additional experience and skills in graphic designing and video editing (via suite of Adobe related software), web-savvy and familiarity with new media would be advantageous.
