- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of experience in internal and/or strategic communications.
- Proven ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organised fashion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and knowledge of how to use communications strategies to achieve strategic business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience providing communications guidance to executive leaders and devising communications strategies.
- Ability to work and maintain good judgment in fluid and high-stress environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Interest in content creation and communications work.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity in video production and editing would be advantegous.
