What the role is

The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is seeking forwardthinking individuals to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and IT skills, with the ability to develop automation solutions. Experience in law enforcement will be considered an advantage.

What you will be working on

As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
i. Supervising and coaching staff to foster excellence, innovation, and improve competencies
ii. Manage and supervise outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance
iii. Develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies and initiatives to enhance compliance.
iv. Leverage data analytics and statistics to identify, track and monitor cases.
v. Conduct investigations into cases, recommend appropriate enforcement actions and working with Legal Department to prepare court documents.
vi. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
vii. Handle enquiries, feedback and appeals arising from enforcement actions within service standards.
viii. Provide support in law enforcement-related tasks, where applicable.
ix. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

What we are looking for

i. Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in the area of enforcement, contractor management and supervision.
ii. Possess strong sense of urgency to complete assigned works
iii. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
iv. Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
v. Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
vi. Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
