1. Oversee the comms and engagement of leadership and career development initiatives 2. Drive and/or support the review and/or introduction of various talent development and engagement initiatives

1. Develop and drive comms and engagement for various target groups and: - Talent pool (e.g. officers on talent programmes) - Leadership Groups - Supervisors of officers on talent programmes - Civilian officers (HASEs) (on career development) 2. Other duties include: - Review of existing / introduction of new LD/career development initiatives (e.g. domain-specific career track development, mentoring) - Work with team mates to organise various talent development initiatives (e.g. Crisis Comms workshops for talent pool officers, welcome session, Phoenix Community-related work, Home Team Posting Exercise)
