What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Develop and drive comms and engagement for various target groups and:
- Talent pool (e.g. officers on talent programmes)
- Leadership Groups
- Supervisors of officers on talent programmes
- Civilian officers (HASEs) (on career development)
2. Other duties include:
- Review of existing / introduction of new LD/career development initiatives (e.g. domain-specific career track development, mentoring)
- Work with team mates to organise various talent development initiatives (e.g. Crisis Comms workshops for talent pool officers, welcome session, Phoenix Community-related work, Home Team Posting Exercise)
