What the role is

The Corporate Support Officer plays a general role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective administrative operations of the school.

What you will be working on

• Assist with daily administrative duties, including managing correspondences, maintaining records, and managing office supplies • Offer support in finance-related matters, such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records, as well as procurement tasks, including purchasing supplies and services • Manage phone calls and inquiries from stakeholders, including the general public and parents • Contribute to improving work procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in school administrative processes and operations.

What we are looking for

• Ability to work well independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment • Good time management and ability to multi-task • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adept with using IT systems • Good interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills • Comfortable with handling different profiles of stakeholders In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
