As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Innovation and Transformation in HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will play an important role in stewarding organisational innovation and transformation efforts. You will contribute to Organisation Development (OD) and change initiatives across the organisation by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and innovation while creating meaningful and sustainable impact.

• Design, implement and evaluate OD interventions to strengthen workplace culture, drive transformation and foster a culture of continuous innovation at team and organisational levels • Develop, enhance and implement frameworks, tools, and processes to support MOE in achieving its innovation and transformation outcomes • Oversee and manage innovation funding and awards to recognise and support innovative efforts, including fund administration, award evaluation, and promotion of best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to build and sustain innovation and OD capabilities through knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives

• Experience in Organisation Development, innovation, strategic planning, change management, or design thinking • A certification in Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline • A proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful team player with a strong passion for innovation and Organisation Development, along with the perseverance to drive initiatives from conception to completion • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across all levels • A creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges and develops innovative, practical solutions to drive change and transformation In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
