As a Senior/ Lead Manager in the Curriculum Planning & Development Division 2, you will be part of a team developing print and online teaching and learning resources. You will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, outsourcing and maintaining web-based interactive learning resources within stipulated project timelines.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Design and develop interactive educational content, coursewares, simulations, games and manage project consultations with resource developers to gather requirements and propose programming solutions
• Work closely with digital artists and editors on media integration and code optimisation and maintain existing resources through bug fixes
• Oversee vendor management for outsourced development and maintenance work, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines, including handling pre-and-post project management responsibilities
• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
• Manage IT services, system applications, and software subscriptions, including account management and procurement processes
What we are looking for
• Relevant training/ background/ experience in Information Technology, project management and procurement related work
• At least one year of working experience in JavaScript programming, website and UI/UX development
• Proficient in HTML5, Javascript and CSS
• Experience in developing learning resources and media editing (e.g. Photoshop) would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic enviroment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams
