As a Senior/ Lead Manager of the Trips for Internationalisation Experience (TIE) programme team in the Schools Division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting MOE's efforts to strengthen schools' internationalisation capabilities through the TIE Programme. You will work closely with various HQ divisions and external agencies, as well as in a team to achieve the intended outcomes.

• Serve as the central coordinating point for internationalisation initiatives across MOE HQ divisions • Support schools in overseas trip planning and international partnerships through customisable resources and materials • Develop and curate a comprehensive database of overseas industry partners and schools for potential partnerships • Monitor, evaluate and report programme outcomes for improvement • Leverage technology to automate processes for enhanced efficiency and sustainability

• At least 2 years’ of experience in finance and procurement • Strong project management and coordination skills • Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail • Dynamic and resourceful with a passion for continuous improvement In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
