What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible for designing innovative learning solutions to meet HDB’s learning needs, build required capabilities in our employees and contribute to our digitalisation efforts. You will also be required to support in the daily operation of MyLearningSpace – an HDB learning facility.
What we are looking for
You should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Helpful if you possess interest and/or experience in L&D work, including familiarity working with SAP/Workday.
Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract as a start, with possibility for extension of contract.
