ASSISTANT MANAGER (AUDIT, EXERCISE AND TRAINING)

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in strengthening the operational readiness of LTA teams, Public Transport Operators, and key stakeholders across the land transport sector. Your responsibilities will include planning, preparing and conducting incident management and security audits, as well as exercises and training sessions to enhance emergency preparedness and resilience. You will work closely with internal divisions and external partners to assess and strengthen sectoral readiness in managing peacetime incidents, crises and national emergencies. Beyond these, you will also have opportunities to contribute to broader Emergency Preparedness initiatives within LTA, supporting your professional development and growth.

• At least 2 years of working experiences, and security/emergency
preparedness or crisis/incident management related work would be
advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills, and confident to
engage internal/ external agencies and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently
and in groups.
• Meticulous and able to work within tight deadline.
• Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and willing to keep abreast of the new development in
emergency preparedness domains.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Class 3 driving license.
