Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Keeping abreast of emerging bus technologies and industry trends to ensure innovative solutions;

2. Collaborating with vendors, internal teams, and public transport operators to execute technology trials and gather performance data;

3. Analysing and evaluating the collected data to determine the feasibility of implementing new technologies across the fleet; and

4. Developing conditioning monitoring system and predictive maintenance strategies for electric bus traction batteries, including data collection, analysis, and technology integration.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and delivery of the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) bus platform and lead pre-delivery inspections in line with contractual requirements.

• Knowledge in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in automotive technology industry, with expertise in bus systems, service and maintenance.

• Familiar with hybrid / electric vehicles topologies is advantageous • Experience in the public bus or related industry, as well as proficiency in data analytics, is a plus.

• Strong analytical, planning, execution and problems solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for details and a strong IT proficiency.

• Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
